COACHING FLAG FOOTBALL
The primary function of a FYFC Coach is making sure kids have fun while they learn foundational life skills, athletic fundamentals and core values. Youth Football Coaches must effectively manage team communications with players and their families, and collaborate and cooperate with each other regarding strategy, practice planning, game planning, and playing time.
